P4 Outdoor LED Screen: All-Weather Reliability

1. The standard output of screen brightness is ≥6000cd/㎡, and the optional enhancement scheme is 6500-7000cd/㎡. It is also equipped with a copper bracket black lamp bead + matte mask anti-glare system, and the static contrast is increased to 6000:1. It can more accurately restore the layering of the picture in a strong light environment and effectively avoid the blurring of the picture caused by reflection.
2. The equipped automatic color correction system is more precise, which can fine-tune the brightness and color of each pixel. Even modules from different batches can ensure the high uniformity of the color of the entire screen, and the color difference index ΔU'V'<0.002, reaching the industry-leading level. At the same time, it supports ≥120fps high frame rate playback. In high-speed motion picture display and professional film and television shooting, the picture is still smooth and stable without any ghosting or tearing.
3. The light-sensitive automatic adjustment module can adjust the brightness in real time according to the ambient light intensity, and automatically reduce it to 150-250cd/㎡ at night, which not only meets the urban light pollution control standards, but also saves more than 35% of electricity consumption, and has significant economic benefits in long-term use.

1. The internal power supply and control system adopts a quadruple waterproof structure:
Interface protection: The power supply and signal line interfaces use waterproof aviation connectors + double rubber sealing rings, and the protection level reaches IP67 standard
Circuit protection: The back of the PCB is coated with nano-level thickened three-proof paint, which has stronger moisture-proof, mildew-proof and salt spray corrosion resistance
Box protection: The edge adopts a concave-convex tight structure + full-circle thickened sealing strips, and the wind pressure resistance level is ≥10 (wind speed is about 24.5m/s)
Internal protection: Waterproof isolation cabins are installed on key components to further improve the waterproof effect

2. The internal temperature control system uses intelligent temperature control fan + natural air cooling composite guide channel, the inner side of the box integrates high thermal conductivity silicone pad + large area aluminum heat sink, and the core temperature rise is ≤±5℃. It has passed the high and low temperature environment test from -30℃ to +70℃, and can run continuously for 150 hours without failure, and can adapt to more extreme climate conditions, such as the cold areas of Siberia, tropical desert areas, etc.
 

1. During transportation, the four corners of the box are embedded with high-strength automatic rebound hidden anti-collision corner guards, which can effectively buffer the impact force during transportation and stacking, and reduce the damage rate of lamp beads by more than 90%.

The convenience of maintenance is greatly improved, and the hot-swap maintenance time of a single module is less than 30 seconds; the module, power supply, receiving card, adapter board, etc. can be disassembled and replaced independently without disassembling the entire box; the structure reserves special adsorption holes and inspection rails for front maintenance, which are particularly suitable for narrow places such as embedded walls in buildings and glass curtain walls; the rear door adopts a quick-detachable high-strength PCU protective cover structure, which is convenient for wiring inspection and plug-in operations of power cords and module cables.
3. The P4 series screen can be equipped with an intelligent NFC chip inspection system + positioning QR code system + IoT sensor for module number tracing, status recording and remote data transmission by the construction team, further improving the long-term maintenance efficiency after project delivery.

1. Power backup: Each cabinet is equipped with three sets of industrial-grade redundant power modules. When the main power supply is working, two sets of backup power supplies are on standby; when the main power supply is damaged or the output is unstable, the first backup power supply will automatically switch to take over within 0.005 seconds. If the first backup power supply is also abnormal, the second backup power supply will start immediately; during the switching process, there is no black screen or flickering on the screen, and the audience is completely unaware. It is particularly suitable for places with extremely unstable voltage, peak power consumption or long-term operation of high power.
2. Signal backup: Each LED receiving card is connected to three signal lines, one main and two backup; when the main signal is disconnected, the connector is loose or the control system is abnormal, the first backup line is immediately connected. If the first backup line also has problems, the second backup line quickly takes over the picture transmission; the switching process does not flicker or pause, and the picture continues to be smooth. It is suitable for ultra-long-distance transmission and ultra-complex wiring systems, and completely prevents "signal interruption".
