The organizer needed a rental LED screen for a three-night open-air cinema by the marina. The screen had to handle coastal humidity, keep black levels deep after sunset, look clean on camera for event coverage, and go up fast on a temporary deck.

We supplied a 4.5m × 2.5m Outdoor P3.91 LED Display with 45 pcs of 500×500mm SMD1921 rental cabinets - 9 cabinets wide, 5 high, native 1152 × 640. Pixel density 65,536 dots/m². Brightness ≥5500cd/m², but the light-sensing system brought it down for night screenings to avoid glare. Refresh ≥300Hz, IP65.

The crew built it in about three hours with two technicians. No crane. Cabinet gaps stayed ≤0.1mm. For three nights, the screen played family movies and sponsor clips. Blacks stayed deep, skin tones looked natural, and side viewers saw the same color and brightness. The event team filmed audience reactions in front of the screen - no flicker, no banding. It ran through coastal humidity without issue.
