The 640×640 cabinet takes four 320×160mm modules. It is a production size, not a marketing size.

Fully assembled weight: 9–10kg per cabinet (with modules, power supply, receiving card). Two people can build a 6.4m × 3.2m screen in a day without a crane.

Rear maintenance only. You need service access behind the screen. If you don't have it, this cabinet won't work. We'll tell you before you order.

 A Natural Fit

Pavilion screens are temporary outdoor structures - events, trade shows, tents. They need light cabinets, fast assembly, and weather resistance. This cabinet fits: one person can move it, fast locks cut setup time, IP65 handles a rainy weekend.

Why Die-Cast Aluminum

A seamless screen is the minimum. The difference shows up later - after transport, after rain, after repeated handling.

Batch consistency. Cabinet #1 and #200 from the same mold fit the same.

Stronger corners. Cast corners survive transport better than thin sheet metal.

Better heat path. Passive cooling. No fans.

Lighter. 9–10kg fully assembled. Lower freight, easier crews.

Corrosion resistance. Aluminum oxide layer. Holds up in coastal air.

But die-cast isn't magic. Cheap power supply? Wrong gaskets? Cables not rated for outdoor? The cabinet won't save you. We spec the whole system, not just the frame.

Why Pavilion LED Screens Benefit from Die-Cast Aluminum

Pavilion screens get taken down and rebuilt. Cast corners survive that. The aluminum body doesn't rust if it gets packed away wet. The cabinet stays flat after the tenth setup. That matters more than the first.

Is die-cast aluminum better than steel?
Not always. A good steel cabinet can be seamless and reliable for one-time fixed installs. Die-cast aluminum is usually worth it when you need lower weight, better heat dissipation, batch consistency, and repeated handling for rental or pavilion screens.

Can I use my own LED modules?
If they are 320×160mm and the mounting holes match. Send us the module drawing and we will confirm.

Is it front or rear maintenance?
Rear maintenance only. You need service access behind the screen. If you need front maintenance, we can quote a different cabinet.
