The four installation methods of LED display are as follows:
1. Simple magnetic attraction
The simple magnetic structure is mainly used in indoor or semi-outdoor (higher brightness required) LED display screens, and most of the screen installation sites have walls or fixed points behind them that can provide support structures.
The specific method is to first weld (or connect with self-tapping screws) the metal structure of the LED display, and then screw a magnet on the back of each LED module, absorb it to the keel structure of the LED display, and splice it into a complete LED display Screen plane, then connect the power line and signal line on the back, and then debug the software, that is, the installation process of a simple magnetic structure LED display is completed.
This installation method is low in cost, easy to operate, and simple to install. It is the first choice for the installation of small and medium-sized LED displays. Its disadvantages are high labor requirements and complex wiring behind the display screen, requiring professionals to install and manufacture.


2. Simple cabinet
The simple cabinet is mostly used for large-area LED displays. It is similar to the simple magnetic structure indoors. The cost increases by a cabinet cost. Outdoors, the requirements are much higher. After welding the metal structure of the screen and connecting the splicing LED display After the screen cabinet, waterproof edge treatment is also required.
This structure is easy to assemble and saves a large part of the labor of wiring during installation. It is the first choice for outdoor LED large screens.
However, when making an outdoor large screen, its waterproofing requires high manual operation. Once there is a leak in the waterproofing, it will directly hit the exposed wires behind the LED display due to moisture and rust, which is easy to damage.


3.Outdoor waterproof cabinet
The waterproof cabinet is used outdoors. This kind of structure is based on the simple cabinet structure, and the back waterproof door is added. Due to the small space, it is generally necessary to add an exhaust fan to build an internal heat dissipation and ventilation cycle. All internal corners are glued for waterproofing. Its characteristic is that the material cost is a little more than the simple cabinet body, but there is no need to do waterproofing process at the engineering installation site. Because of the accumulation of labor costs and material costs, the overall cost is more expensive than simple cabinets.


4.Die-cast aluminum cabinet
The LED display screen with die-cast aluminum cabinet structure is mostly used for rental screens. This structure is loved and praised by customers because of its high precision of splicing, lightness of die-casting aluminum material, and ease of installation and disassembly.
Of course, its cost is also linked to the price of aluminum, which is much higher than the structural cost of the first three display screens. Its main structure is a high-precision die-casting aluminum metal structure. The LED module, power supply, power line, signal line, etc. are all assembled into a whole. The frame or welded metal structure is fixed, or hoisted with rings, etc. The cabinets only need to be connected with aviation plug wires, and the installation is very simple and fast. After the assembly is completed, redraw the wiring diagram in the software and send the program to complete the debugging. And if you want to disassemble and move the playback position, the disassembly is also very fast and convenient.
The advantages of the die-cast aluminum cabinet structure are clear at a glance. The internal wiring structure of the LED display is almost completely closed, leaving only the beautiful screen surface on the outside. Even the back is clean and neat, and it is convenient and quick to splice.
